When you restrict your patient’s movements or actions without proper authorization, what can this be interpreted as?

A False imprisonment

Nursing assistants have to to know that if they were ever to utilize restraints on one of their residents without the proper authorization, not only the action would be considered to be interpreted as false imprisonment and a violation of your resident’s rights; but even the mere threat of using restraints on your resident without the doctor’s permission can result in false imprisonment charges.

There are definitely a few mistakes in this app, some of the answers are just plain wrong so make sure this is not your only source of study material. Other than that this app is very helpful.

I would love to give this app 5 stars but in the Nursing Skills section it does not allow you to go on to part 7. After you get to part 6 it either just never loads or it tells you to go to part 7 and does absolutely nothing.
