Which of the following options is a form of involuntary seclusion?

A If the nursing assistant were to leave the patient alone, without any means of communicating. For example, removing the patient’s call bell.

It would be considered involuntary seclusion when leaving your patient alone without any means of communication as this is not the patient’s choice.  The other options were requested by the patient and are therefore not considered to be involuntary.
